Winter Holidays – 1st February to 5th March 2023
The days lengthen and the nature slowly awake. The holidays are the perfect time to have a family walk!
In thehouse, plunge in the daily lif of olden timeson five floors, from the reception rooms to the servant quarters;library, great drawing room, kitchen, and above all, the newly restaured roms such as the chapel and the linen room.
The children dress up as knights and princesses with the suits at their disposal in the entrance hall.
In the garden, enjoy the frsh air and admire the first bloomings at the sping garden and the botanical walk.
The children can play in the moat, the underground tunnelsans the mazes.
In the commun building, visit the grannary, the saddlery, the stables and the room of the coaches, where the whole family takes place in the carriage of the Duke of Daillon to take a picture.
SUNDAY 19th FEBRUARY: Shrove Tuesday in advance
Lent is comming, it is the occasion to honor the tradition and make and blow the pancakes in the medieval kitchen! The are prepared on the wooden stove, and eaten with delicious home made jams.
