During the Christmas holidays, immerse in the magic of Christmas and discover the sparkling decorations of the Château du Lude!

A decoration executed by the apprentice florists

The Christmas decoration is set by the apprentices from the Lycée Nazareth of Ruillé at sur Loir, trained by Anne Verlac, second of the 2024 French championship of fleurists. It was designed by Mickaël Rault, French championship of fleurists in 2015 and best worker of France in 2018. It begins in the Courtyard and runs in the formal rooms of the castle: entrance hall, Great gallery, blue room and great room.

Some days of activities ponctuate the holidays:

• Sunday 22nd December afternoon: floral art workshop with Anne Verlac. In the medieval kitchen, create your centerpiece for Christmas Eve.On reservation only.
• Saturday 28th December afternoon: floral art workshop with Anne Verlac. In the medieval kitchen, create your centerpiece for New Year’s Eve.On reservation only.
• Sunday 29th December afternoon: Christmas snack in the medieval kitchen.
