A major meeting for garden lovers

Established for more than 25 years in the park of the majestic Château du Lude, the Fête des Jardiniers is a refined association of delicacy and simplicity.

On the terrasse, 60 exhibitors from all over France display the best of their production: rare plants, gardening tools, decorations. Among them, some newcomers: perennial plants, cactus, little known plants, hats, wicker baskets, sawing tools, biological treatments for plants, and statues.

All over the gardens, workshops allows the visitors to find wise advice from professional gardeners.

For the gourmets, local products take a place of honour. Homeùade and respectful of the earth, they are carrefully selected in the proximate area for their excellence: honney, cheeses, ice creams and sorbets.

In the old kitchen the fist jams of the year simmer on the oven.

The Fête des Jardiniers: perfect days for families

All over the week-end, the children discover the world of gardening.

Workshops are specifically created for them:  carriage ride in the parc, weathercock making, gardening learning, discovering of the barnyard at the kitchen garden.
